PROJECT: INTERLAKEN, NJ - BOATHOUSE LANDSCAPE RENOVATION

Design/Build: Pillari, LLC Architect: Michael Mastrocola A.I.A. Scope: Create a secluded and unique destination from a previously unoccupied and overgrown boathouse landscape. Expand great lawn and access to existing dock and water's edge. Regrade and sculpt new entry and circulation to private sunken look-out for renovated boathouse and entertainment space. Relocate mature evergreen screening and add row of pleached Lindens (provided by Halka Nurseries) to enhance sense of enclosure, while opening views to the water.
