Scope of Services:
- The streetscape installation work involved:
- 18,010 sf of architectural concrete pavers manufactured by Wausau Tile and Hanover Concrete Products, in random sizes form 12"x12" to 2'x3' slab pavers.
- 834 lf of mixed flush and raised granite curbing along the streets and driveways; including custom radius sections.
- Cast in place piers and stair entry with Mesabi Black granite veneer.
- Street trees with custom tree grates.
- Plantings and turf installation
- Low volume landscape drip irrigation installation
