Pillari provided landscape design & build services for this site located in the historic Paulus Hook section of Jersey City, NJ. The central design element of the landscape plan was the creation of a courtyard adjacent to the Dudley Street entrance, bisected by the exact locatioin of the Morris Canal. The courtyard provides a bucolic oasis as well as respects the significance of the notable Morris Canal.
