Scope of Services:
- Complete design and construction of tennis court area with stucco and stone veneer retaining walls. The tennis court features Ipe stadium seating, an adjacent wet set bluestone terrace viewing area and decorative wood fencing surrounding the tennis court. A wet set random square bluestone patio is also featured at the guest cottage. With adjacent brick veneered courtyard walls.
- The entrance to the residence is highlighted with masonry entrance walls constructed of stone and stucco veneer, with custom design wood gates.
